About me...

My name is Keri, I'm North Devon born & bred,

and I created Caking Memories.

After years of baking as a hobby, and exploring and learning new skills, I wanted to turn my passion into a profession. In August 2024, shortly after moving to a new property with space for a custom designed cake studio, my dream became a reality.

As a professional cake maker/decorator, I provide custom designed celebration cakes throughout Devon, Somerset and North Cornwall. Although I have made several cakes that have travelled much further afield, so it's worth enquiring.

I am fully registered and insured. I have been awarded a 5* hygiene rating. I have a level 3 Food Hygiene certificate, and I am qualified to cater for all known allergies. For peace of mind, I have nearly 15 years experience of catering for people with allergies.

My cakes have been consumed by Mary Berry, and the presenters and crew of Blue Peter, earning me my very own Blue Peter badge!

I never tire of talking about cakes, or looking at cakes, and I'm always keen to accept new challenges. So whatever you have in mind for your centrepiece, let's put our heads together and create it!
